Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Keeps Reinstalling / Looping

I am experiencing an issue where Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (x64) - 14.42.34433 keeps reinstalling itself in a loop. Every time I install it, the installer completes successfully, but after a restart or shortly after, the setup process starts again automatically.Troubleshooting Steps Taken:I manually uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable from Control Panel and reinstalled it from Microsoft’s official site.I tried stopping Windows Update services (wuauserv, bits, cryptsvc) before reinstalling.Cleared C:\Windows\Temp and AppData\Local\Temp folders.Checked Task Sche
