Microsoft Visual c++ error

My desktop has been refreshing every few seconds after i updated my windows 11 os, so the system is up to date, after the screen flickers for a couple time i got this popup then the system wasnt refreshing by itself but when i close the popup my screen started refreshing itself again, i dont know what to do since the popup doesnt state the problematic program can anyone help me?
