Microsoft support option "call me back" never calls back and automatically resolves the issue

I've recently changed my motherboard and my Windows is no longer activated. I've been through similar processes before and the troubleshooter is usually helpful (by clicking "I've changed my hardware") - but this time I'm getting an error. This is happening on Windows 10. "Unable to activate Windows" Contacting Microsoft support, the only option that pops is to have a representative call me back. They never do, I've tried several days in a row during the week.
