Microsoft support is so useless

(There's no direct option in the Products tab for Microsoft Accounts so, I don't know where you want me to put this)I don't think I've ever had a more frustrating and more mind numbing experience having to ever contact any form of customer support than I have when its come to Microsoft.I've been creating requests since 2022 for a single account that was locked due to somebody compromising it, and I managed to secure the account and reobtain full access to it before the account was locked for suspicious activity.
