Microsoft Support Agents don't do their job

[Windows 11]

I've been trying to contact support agents and everytime i try to bring up the case number that I want to refer to, they say that they are trying to check on it, but the second they say that, they end the chat. It has always been with "Keisha". I have been trying to recover my account for weeks however these microsoft agents make it incredibly hard for any contacts.
