Microsoft Store & Xbox Sign-In Issues (0x80131501) + Disappearing Sign-In Pop-Up

I'm having trouble signing into both the Microsoft Store and Xbox app on my Windows PC. Here's what's happening:When I try to sign into the Microsoft Store, the sign-in pop-up appears but disappears immediately before I can enter any details.When I try to log into my Xbox account, I get the error:vbnetCopyEditSorry, something went wrong. Try again in a while. (0x80131501) I ran the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter, and it found the following issues but couldn't fix them:Service registration is missing or corrupt (Not fixed)Hanging or crashing apps (Not fixed)
