Microsoft Store Won't Download Updates or New Aps and Games

Hello, I am having problems updating and downloading anything in Microsoft Store. I have searched for a fix and already did everything so far I have found. I will list what I have done already and PC specs in a min. Everything seems to run fine on the PC but downloading anything new is a problem.
