Microsoft Store Won't Download or Update any Apps -> Trying to Install Intel® Unison™

Problem: Microsoft Store won't update or install. Every time I attempt the button greys out but eventually returns to its same condition with nothing happening.Solutions: I have tried more then listed here.Windows Update, Reset, Recovery, and RestoreMicrosoft: Reset (powerShell), Terminate/Reset/Repair (GUI), Clear Cache
