Microsoft Store - Windows 10/11 Pro License - New PC

Hey, I bought last year Windows 10/11 Pro from Microsoft Store. I activated the license in my old laptop and all works fine. Now, I bought a new laptop with Windows 11 Home, and I can't upgrade it to Windows Pro.I still have the old laptop (Fully formatted to a fresh Windows 11 Home with a new Microsoft account), Can someone please guide me on how I can disactivate Pro license in my old laptop, then re-activate it in my new laptop?Thank you.
