Microsoft Store updater slows down significantly at exactly 2.0GB

Problem is as the title entails. When updating games, such as Minecraft Launcher and Black Ops 6 I have seen the update basically stop at exactly 2.0 GB. I've been searching for answers and only found one article that was similar to my problem however the thread died out and the current "solution" does not fix my issue. The downloads go from 200-500 MB/s download speed down to literal KB/s. Willing to try anything thank you! EDIT: Some useful information might be that after the 2.0GB stopping point, it will download at KB/s for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour before it magically goes bac
