Microsoft Store says Visual Studio Community 2022 is installed even though it isn't

I've been dealing with this problem for a week now, where I've been trying to reinstall VS2022 and cannot since the MS Store states it's already installed, I've tried clearing my cache several times and yet nothing seems to help. Any fixes?
