microsoft store says its not connected to internet but it is

Hi, every time I try and use the Microsoft store it tells me that there was a problem and to restart and when I restart it tells me I'm not connected to the internet when I clearly am, I tried repairing Microsoft tore through the setting and I even reset Microsoft store and I get the same results, my PC is up to date as well what can I do to fix this?
