Microsoft Store opens then instantly closes

I've tried everything I've found online but since a few days ago any new starters or any newly built laptops cannot open the Microsoft Store, it opens for 1 second and then closes. I've tried PowerShell to remove it and reinstall it, the laptops are up to date with Windows updates, I've tried resetting the app, repairing the app, I've restarted all the services and none of it has worked. Please help...
