Microsoft store not updating

[Windows 10]

I had this problem for some YEARS and nothig I tried worked.I recently tried to: -Reset Windows 10 Store cache via wsreset -Reset the Store app via Settings-Checked that the necessary services are running-Run the troubleshooter-Re-register the Microsoft Store via Windows PowerShell (Admin)-other ways I can't even rememberIt's stuck forever like this: imagePlease help me I'm going insane
