Microsoft Store not Reinstalling in Windows 11

Hi a couple of weeks ago I deleted the Microsoft store because it wasn't opening, when I tried to reinstall it didn't work I tried to download it from PowerShell but it always said initializing and never worked I tried to download other stuff and try it but non of them worked I need help. Pls help me
