Microsoft Store not installed after new Windows 10 installation

I've recently had to reinstall Windows because it was having some issues, but after the reinstall, I noticed the Microsoft store is not installed. I tried some methods to reinstall it such as running some commands through PowerShell and resetting the cache. Every method I found did not end up working and I'm left with a struggle because I need the Microsoft store to run some apps such as Game Bar and some files. I then tried reinstalling Windows again only this time wiping the whole drive. The store was still not there, so I tried again on both a local reinstallation and a cloud reinstallation
