Microsoft Store iTunes Corrupt?

Downloaded iTunes from the store and did a security copy from my iphone, then it kept crashing while I was trying to update iOS. Result? Lost everything that wasn't saved on iCould, including years worth of pics.Does anybody know how I could get that security copy somehow? Because to do the proper update I had to uninstall the store iTunes and download the .exe file from the apple website.
