Microsoft Store is blocked, nothing seems to work

Hi! I bought a used Surface Pro 9 a couple weeks ago and it's the Business Model. Before I resetted the PC the Microsoft Store worked fine for a couple of hours, then it just got blocked after a sudden. I was advised to reset the PC, so I did tjat and the store worked again, but again only for a couple of hours, I managed to download a couple of apps before it got blocked again. I tried many things like deleting the Microsoft Store cache with wsreset.exe, editing the Registry Key, editing Microsofts group policy and changing the rights, but nothing seems to work.
