Microsoft Store Games Crashing/Closing On Splash Screen

Hello, I am having a problem where certain games that I have installed from the microsoft store are just crashing on the splash screen. Minecraft, Sea of Thievs and Cuphead are a couple of games that are having this problem so far, while Forza Horizon 4 seems to be launching fine and gets passed the splash screen. I have tried numerous solutions such as resetting the microsoft store and the games and they have not worked, the only one that works is uninstalling and reinstalling but only works temporarily and the problem pursues.

Ryzen 5 3600

16 Gb RAM
