microsoft store error message "Something bad happened. Unknown layout specified in manifest"

I have reinstalled windows and when i opened Microsoft store this error appeared and i can't use anything in the app anymore. i have tried( in order of desperateness) : restarting, resetting the store app from settings, using the wsreset.exe command, reinstalling it from PowerShell and even reinstalling windows as a whole. i need it very much for the crosshair x addon from the store so if i can't get a fix, another source of the addon will help.
