Microsoft Store download stuck at starting download

I am trying to install the minecraft launcher app from the microsoft store, and every time the app gets stuck at starting download, and sometimes it will say "Something went wrong on our end" and that they are trying to fix the issue, however Ive been having this issue for 4 months now, I found a work around, but there is a feature I need within the launcher. I have tried almost everything, however another question the exact same question and the answer was to disable the anti virus, however I forgot which anti-virus I am using and if this is the reason I might need help disabling it
