Microsoft Store Download Speed Painfully Slow

It seems seriously wrong to require that you be the sole provider of applications for machines running your OS yet have a system where delivery of those applications is so painfully and ridiculously slow. Yes, Microsoft Store is a delivery disaster....seriously bad.I've read all the other posts for this...and there's A LOT of them, regarding this problem, which is a problem, and also the alleged solutions only to find that there's apparently zero success in any of the solutions.By the time it took to download MyWhoosh from the MS store I could have done a full hour ride on Zwift.
