Microsoft Store does not update.

I have done all the Troubleshooting including the Windows PowerShell step as well but this thing does not update at all can't we just install apps directly i don't like this store app at all now... It on this screen as working for the entire day and last it gave an error of connection -- which is working all right I also disabled the antivirus but nothing this STUPID APP does not work at all.
