Microsoft store does not open.

Hi, in my pc i can not open microsoft store even though i did a reset in my windows, i did check if i have the right edition and i checked the time and place as it said. When i'm trying to open microsoft store it says we're sorry we know whats the problem and we will fix that, but nothing happens for a long time now. Please help me.
