Microsoft store crashing.

I had wanted to change a notification sound from one of the apps in the microsoft store, so I looked through the internet and saw I had to change the ownership to my account. Following this, microsoft store instantly crashes when I try to open it, even through a local reinstall of windows. How do I fix it?I have already tried repairing and resetting through the settings menu, and reinstalling it using powershell.
