Microsoft store apps MPEG-2 Video Extension & Webp Image Extensions keeps re-installing when they are already installed

hi,I have a question. I have two Microsoft store apps MPEG-2 Video Extension & Webp Image Extensions that keeps re-installing when they are already installed in the store. Tried some troubleshooting steps like reset the Store, or the wsreset.exe command, etc. I like to know if this is a bug or a corrupt user account issue. Any fixes for this before I do a repair install of Windows 11? I cannot find the two apps in the settings. Does anyone know where they are located?The Windows Insider Program link to my feedback in the hub.
