Microsoft Store apps and windows update not updating

[Windows 11]

So the Microsoft store is not updating or downloading anything, and I keep getting the same code 0x80073CFE (Something happened on our end) message. Its been over a year this is happening.Now the new windows update version 24h2 downloads and when I restart my PC and does the update then it always gets stuck at 88%. It take way too long, then I got to force reset my PC and it uninstalls it. So maybe should I reinstall windows to get things working again or maybe something else.Thanks
