Microsoft Store app doesn't open, no matter what

For the past couple of months, the Microsoft Store, when opened by clicking it in the search bar once, closes itself or glitches with opening and closing itself multiple times. It shows up as 6kb on Apps and Features and everything I've tried from multiple other forums just doesn't work. This lead me to using a different device to play Xbox PC games as I needed Microsoft Store to log in again, apparently. I am using Windows 10 and have thought about reinstalling the operating system on my computer. I am not able to upgrade to 11 because of specification requirements not being met. The issue is
