Microsoft store and Some Microsoft apps dont work.

I'm Jace and my Microsoft store and some microsoft apps have not been working for about 2 years now. This is the error message I've been getting I've already tried troubleshooting, restarting my computer, Uninstalling and reinstalling microsoft store and xbox. I dont know what to do. Every time I open up a windows app like Copilot, Snipping tool or Notepad, it shows this error note: Please help.
