Microsoft SQL Server 2022 Reporting Services not running on Windows 11 and Windows 10

I installed Latest SQL reporting services.exe from Microsoft webstite and when i try to run the exe of reporting sercies of sql22 . I am getting the following error and exe is not running to configure reporting service for SQL22 . Can someone know this how to fix ?Steps i followed to fix the issue .
