microsoft sign in windows appear when i am try connect to microsoft Exchange server 2016 on my own server

Dear Sirs
i am on process migrate exchange server 2010 to exchange server 2016
when the user operate outlook (office 2019) and connecting i am got appear annoying windows "Microsoft sign in windows"
its very disturb and we want to shut this off.

please advice
