Microsoft Server 2019 - Failover Cluster

Hi All, i have problem with MSFC 2 NODE Cluster.Every time when i move (online) role i receive error for cluster disks. (Cluster resource 'NameOfDisk' of type 'Physical Disk' in clustered role 'NameOfClusterRole' failed. The error code was '0xaa' ('The requested resource is in use.')) Identical error i receive and for Quorum disk.By default on disk are set "If resource fails, attempt restart on current node" and from second attempt disk come online and role are moved.When i stop role then move to another NODE and start role i dont have any problem/error.NODE are guest VM on VMwa
