Microsoft Sent Wrong Product Key

I recently bought the physical copy of Windows 11 to install to my newly built PC and when I tried to activate it the product key wasn’t working. After checking through the app it turns out that the product key was intended for Windows 10. I cant find anyway to contact customer support
