Microsoft "sent" me this very lengthy recovery code of 25 alpha and number characters. Do not understand what is going on.

Help please. 'Appears' I got Hacked June 1, 2022. Ran Norton and IOLO, neither full scan found anything they had to clean out; all seems to be back in order. My Windows Services are all running. I do see Unsuccessful Tries in My Account Activity; that has been going on since I got a new Mobile Phonelast year [Android] I never used my phone to sign into Windows until this issue June 1, I emailed someone. Each time I use the email link from MS to My Activity Account, I have to get a Verification Code in a Text Msg to my phone. I use the Code to sign in. I also get emails about Suspi
