MICROSOFT SECURITY UPDATES ARE NOT INSTALLING.....

WHAT'S GOING ON????? See I'm obviously not the only person having MICROSOFT
SECURITY UPDATES problems. Got 2 major security updates that are NOT
INSTALLING. Keep trying to reinstall over & over again. WHAT'S GOING ON?

&
Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
(KB928366)

are downloading BUT NOT
INSTALLING....................................................

I had the same problem with update (KB928366). Go to the post "NetFramework
1.1 - Resolutions for Code 64.... and expand it and go to post Gistcheckin
and follow the instructions and the websites. It fixed the problem for me
instantly, hope this helps.
