Microsoft Security Essentials Error Code 0x80004004

I submitted a question concerning this error code, but I now cant even find my question or inquire if there are any answers. All the questions I find answered refer to Microsoft Defender, not Security Essentials.

Can I get some information of where my question disappeared to or how to get an answer for it? The site gives no information that I can find on using this forum.
