Microsoft Scultp Comfort Mouse

I was a Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse and Keyboard that I started to use, but for some reason, the Mouse doesn't seem to work.The keyboard works just fine so I thought maybe the USB Adapter/Dongle would be the issue, after making sure the dongle was meant for both Keyboard and Mouse by downloading the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard center, and it giving me settings for both a Mouse and Keyboard, I discarded the USB Adapter from being the problem, I also made sure both products had the same Product ID.
