If anyone is having issues with mouse pointer being erratic on-screen using 'Microsoft Sculpt Comfort Mouse' or any similar optical mouse by Microsoft using Blue LED: Avoid using lighter coloured mousepad or surfaces with mouse, and opt for using darker coloured mousepad/surface that doesn't interfere with wavelength of Blue LED, as lighter coloured mousepads (greyscale etc) tend to have blue pigments that absorb blue LED light at certain angles; causing mouse pointer to become erratic on screen, due to mouse not knowing correct position with movement across surface.I have tested this mouse on
