Microsoft Sculp mousewheel is not working anymore.

I use the same Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse and keyboard on both my home laptop and work laptop (plugged into a Dell docking station, and move the USB-C from one laptop to the other), and recently on my home laptop the mouse as stopped scrolling by turning the wheel. It will scroll if press the wheel down (button click) and drag, but that doesn't work every where. I've tried to search for the drivers (and I have the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center v13 installed too) and resetting the settings, but nothing works. the mouse is working on my home pc (older pc) but not wo
