Microsoft safety scanner issue

Hello,I'm using Microsoft safety scanner for my laptop with win 10 proDuring the full scan which takes around 11 hours is shows "65 files infected" and when it finish scanning it says there are no viruses or malware detected, is that normal??Please advise,Thank you
