Microsoft Remote Desktop app can't use 2 screens.

I've been having problems with the remote desktop connection from the native Windows client, on the Windows 11 operating system version 23H2 Build 22631.3593. the image always freezes if I am connected from an external network to a server, but if I use the Microsoft Remote Desktop application, I do not have that problem, the detail is that I need to enable both user screens since they work that way.
