Microsoft related apps not working?

Windows store won't open though my start menu and makes it break so I have to restart windows explorer which then also breaks so I have to restart my PC, xbox app does the same thing. Had ZERO issues with this less than 12 hours ago. Have obviously restarted PC multiple times. What gives?
