Microsoft problems.

Microsoft used to be a great company, owned by a guy that I actually loved and liked! But after he retired a few years ago, I started noticing annoying bugs and glitches that are making my life a living hell. For example, I wanna add my phone number into my Microsoft account as an alias for something important and personal, whoever I keep getting the damned "try another verification method" every singular time, even if I wait for 2 days or longer. Which caused me to miss "important" matters and things. Another thing is the support agents don't really support you, all they do is copy and paste
