Microsoft Playstore seems hung up

I have Windows 11 and Microsoft Playstore seems hung up downloading updates to some programs it lists in the queue., while the program I want, PC Manager won't install at all. In addition, there are a couple if programs on the queue that I can get rid of to help the queue along, buy no way to stop or delete them Please advise Thank you
