Microsoft Photos won't install

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 6, with Windows 11.When I go to the Microsoft Store to install Microsoft Photos, it says, "There has been an error," and clicking the intall button does nothing.If I click on the "details" link, it says, "Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later."It provides error code Code: 0x80073CF9. However, if I look up that error code, there are a lot of forum posts that seem to be specific to different apps, so I am completely unclear what might apply in my situation.How do I resolve this so that I can install
