Microsoft Photos opens and immediately closes; already tried repair, reset, and reinstall - what to try next?

Just like the title says; if I try to open the Microsoft Photos app, it comes up, and immediately closes. No freezing, no flashing, no resource usage spikes, and no error messages. It just vanishes.The only time it opens is if I open an image file directly (ie via file explorer). I can view that image, I can even navigate through the other images in the same directory. If I try to "View All Photos" or "Edit" however, the app immediately closes, just like before.I've run Windows Update. I've run the App Troubleshooter. I've done a Repair to the app, done a Reset, and even Removed and Rein
