Microsoft Photos in Win 11- Office Home 2024

The Photo App. I have installed it, uninstalled it , downloaded an older version all to no avail on one specific problem : Mark-UpWhen I edit a photo, I can crop and adjust etc etc ...I cannot use the pen or the highlighter and the error message as it shuts down is "Something unexpected occurred" Not a lot else except to say I have spent hours doing fixes discovered on co-pilot searches. Its just not working.Does anyone else have this problem? Why me? I bailed out of Office 365 subscription removed all 365 traces that I could manage... and installed Home 2024. so why ???ThanksD
