Microsoft Photo gives me permission access error for all photos stored anywhere. If I reset it starts working again.Error Message:Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.This error happens for all photos regardless of their location. This means on different drives or different folders that do not have restrictions on them it happens. If I reset Microsoft Photo it immediately lets me access the photos but as soon as I close the program and re-open I can no longer access any photos.I have uninstalled the program a
