Firstly, I put up a question 2 days ago which was answered in such awesome detail by the fellow bellow and whilst I acknowledge I am far from youg, I tried 3 times to reply to his email to thank him ever so much but my email never went through to him which really disappoints me. He was great. So I have another question but it makes me reluctant that I can not even acknowledge the huge effort he and others put in to help so if someone can tell me how to do this, I would be very happy. firstly, I purchased some PDF Converter software from NUANCE some years ago and I have the serial number
