We are using Microsoft outlook 2013 Standard. We have two users who have access to their own personals mailbox and then access to the same shared mailbox in exchange.


When one person click on their personal inbox and clicks on new email, the from field shows their personal email address. If the person is in the secondary shared mailbox and then they click new email, the from automatically puts the shared mailbox email address. The person who just got this setup for the shared mailbox is wanting this setup as well. I cannot find a feature in outlook that would set this up.


How would I go about setting this up as I cannot figure out how the old IT person set this up.
